Abstract

The article deals with the problem of organizing health improvement and recreational work in preschool organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the State mandatory standard of preschool education and upbringing. The authors considered the historical aspect of the formation of work on the hardening and restoration of children's health in pre-school institutions; analyzed the concepts of «health improvement work», «recreation», «tempering», and also presented the content of the activities of Kazakhstani kindergartens to strengthen the health of preschool children. The main methods of recovery are disclosed, such as motor activity, aerotherapy (air hardening), heliotherapy (sun hardening), halotherapy (salt mine), water hardening, phytotherapy, recovery area (recreation area), etc. This article is intended for employees of children's educational institutions, parents of preschool children and all interested parties.
