ON THE GOALS AND PRIORITIES OF THE SOCIO-CULTURAL STRATEGY OF THE EURASIAN COUNTRIES

Abstract

Life in difficult conditions of constant changes, uncertainties and crisis phenomena of civilization raises questions of improving the welfare of the people and the effectiveness of processes that ensure the safe functioning of states in such conditions, it is necessary to correctly define values, goals, development objectives, choose highly effective methodology and management technologies, improve sociocultural strategy, personal culture and culture labor, the general culture of the people in each country. Taking into account the needs of human development and the challenges of the time, the author has developed a culturological approach to the formation and adjustment of the goals of sustainable and safe development of the countries of Eurasia and the whole world. Culture can be figuratively represented in the form of a bird.
One wing is moral culture, that is, love, friendship, nobility, politeness, courage, heroism, conscience, decency,
virtue, politeness, mercy, patriotism, faith and other qualities distinguish the highly cultured person. The source
of morality is the proper upbringing of children in the family and society.
