The role of Magtymguly in the Turkmen national pedagogy is invaluable, as his creativity and philosophy greatly influenced the educational traditions of the Turkmen people. He was not only a poet, but also a mentor, whose teachings on morality, honor, respect and duty became the basis for the formation the worldview of future generations.
Magtymguly emphasized the importance of family values, respect for elders, love to the younger and loyalty to the native land through his poetic heritage. His poems fostered not only patriotism, but also moral ideals. but also moral ideals such as modesty, fairness, hard work and honoring tradition. All these principles in his work reflect the basis of Turkmen folk pedagogy, which prioritizes the transmission of the cultural and moral heritage through education.
