Abstract

The article examines international experience and best practices in solving
youth employment problems. Youth have always been one of the key groups facing labor market
challenges. The article analyzes the strategies and measures taken by various countries to ensure
better inclusion of youth in the economy. Key aspects include education and training programs,
supporting entrepreneurship and stimulating innovation, and social protection measures. The
article also analyzes the problems of youth employment and examines the features of the
formation of youth employment in the USA, Canada, European countries, China, Japan, and
South Korea. The experience of the International Labor Organization is reviewed and solutions
to youth employment problems are proposed. The current socio-economic situation in these
above-mentioned countries requires the transformation of education, the orientation of the
vocational training of young people in a market economy. It follows from this that the subjectivity of young people is a necessary factor and condition for the development of the
country. To create optimal conditions, effective self-organization and self-realization of young
people, it is necessary to maximize the development of their competencies, social activity and
responsibility.
