NEW TRENDS IN LABOR MIGRATION IN UZBEKISTAN (BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF 2023-2025)

Abstract

The article aims to reveal new trends in labor migration in Uzbekistan at the present stage. Through specific examples, it highlights efforts to address employment issues in Uzbekistan and the difficulties encountered in overcoming them. The article identifies new trends in recent years in labor migration, including the diversification of migration directions and the invitation of migrants from Uzbekistan to European countries. The reasons for the attractiveness of Uzbek migrants for foreign countries are discussed, primarily related to their mentality. The author outlines potential solutions to labor migration problems. The article also addresses the issue of language training for migrants, with courses established not only in the capital but also in regional centers. A series of recommendations is provided for addressing employment challenges in Uzbekistan.
