Abstract

Ethnic entrepreneurship is a dynamic area of research located at the intersection of economic sociology, migration processes and intercultural interactions. In the context of globalization and increasing population mobility, ethnic entrepreneurs play an important role in the economic development of both host and historical countries, representing a significant and growing economic force in both developed and developing countries. They contribute to job creation, technology transfer, and cultural exchange by forming sustainable transnational networks. However, despite the fact that the number of ethnic groups in the countries of residence is growing significantly and it is assumed that this trend will continue in the future, scientists argue that their entrepreneurial activities remain insufficiently supported and studied.
