CHRONOLOGY OF THE REIGN OF THE KHANS OF THE GOLDEN HORDE IN HISTORICAL SOURCES

Abstract

This article contains extracts from various historical sources concerning the chronology of the reign of the khans of the Golden Horde (Ulus of Jochi). This chronology gives a more complete picture of the Genghisid clans and their claims to power in the state. The article indicates the period of division of the Jochi Ulus into Kok Orda and Ak Orda. Based on various historical sources, a complete picture of the rulers of the Ak Horde is given, the chronology of the reign of the khans of the Ak Horde is given, which is also connected with the genealogy of the Kazakh khans. The article shows the chronology of the reign of the Khans of the Golden Horde using various historical sources. This chronology will help researchers in understanding the causes of various clan disagreements among the Genghisids, and will also help in understanding the causes of the split of the Golden Horde and the formation of various khanates, including the Kazakh Khanate.
