THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The article discusses the implementation of digital technologies and platforms in social services of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Digitalization of social services is an important step towards their modernization and increased efficiency, ensuring access to resources and services, improving interaction between government agencies and citizens, and optimizing internal processes. The article also discusses key aspects of digitalization, such as the introduction of electronic accounting and management systems, the creation of online platforms for the provision of social services, and the use of big data and analytics to improve the quality of services. Examples of successful digital initiatives in Kazakhstan are analyzed, and the problems and difficulties that social services face when implementing new technologies are identified. The impact of digitalization on the availability and quality of social services, as well as the level of citizen satisfaction, is also considered. The study showed that digitalization contributes to a more efficient allocation of resources, simplification of processes and improved interaction with citizens, which, in turn, leads to an increase in the quality of social services in the country.
