The article describes the ideological significance of the ornaments on the sykyrlauyk yurt, an ancient folk craft, and aims to preserve and pass on to future generations its significance as a historical and cultural heritage, as well as to popularize it. Today, the recognition of the intrinsic value of our national culture and art, and the desire to accompany their noble manifestations in the spiritual path of history, are becoming increasingly important. On this basis, many important measures are being taken to preserve, protect and restore the material and spiritual cultural heritage, historical and cultural monuments. It is impossible to instill virtue and wisdom in young people without preserving the good traditions and wisdom of our people, the monumental legacy left by our ancestors. Crafts are traditional forms of art that are inextricably linked with the ancient history of each nation. Like other nations, the crafts of the Kazakh people have developed and improved over the centuries, becoming an integral part of the people's lives and a complex component of their national culture.
The art of decorating the yurt, the design of which is reflected in the state symbol of our sovereign country, required a high level of skill. The creation of the yurt, the primary dwelling of our people, reflects humanity's scientific knowledge in the fields of astronomy, mathematics, physics, philosophy, and life experience. Each part of the yurt is a sacred example of national heritage that remains to be studied in detail.
