THE GREAT CAMPAIGNS TO FORM THE TURKIC KHAGAN AND THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF ANCIENT TURKIC RUNIC INSCRIPTIONS

This article discusses the historical significance of the great campaigns in the formation of the Turkic kaganate and their reflection in the ancient Turkic runic monuments. Political and social changes in the bilge Kagan era, the formation of the cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples and the continuity of written monuments in the Orkhon, Yenisei, Talas regions with the history of the Kazakh people are scientifically analyzed. At the same time, the value of ancient Turkic inscriptions as a national spiritual heritage is revealed. The formation and development of Turkic civilization is one of the most important stages in the history of mankind. Especially the formation of the Turkic Khaganate is not only the result of the struggle of peoples striving for political independence, but also a historical phenomenon that served as the basis for the formation of a single state system and spiritual and cultural space. A special place in this process is occupied by the great campaigns carried out by the Blue Turks. They are valued not just as a military campaign, but as a large-scale historical movement aimed at establishing a new political structure, uniting the population and strengthening national consciousness. The ancient traditions and beliefs of the Kazakh people before the introduction of the Islamic religion, the Turkic–national spirit were created as a bloodshed of ancient Turkic runic inscriptions written on stone and paper. Fifth, the ancient Turkic inscriptions on stones in the Orkhon, Yenisei Altai, Talas region can be considered the original heritage of the Kazakh people, academician A. Margulan said: "the most amazing thing is the inscriptions of caves and Kerei found in Altai and Mongolian lands.
