Abstract

The article considered the gender-linguocultural nature of the concept of "Man" based on Proverbs and sayings in the Kazakh language within the framework of the anthropocentric paradigm. In the course of the study, it was found that the image of a man was formed in close connection with the National worldview, ethno-cultural values, traditions and social practices of the people. Through such microconceptions in Proverbs and sayings as "Son", "zhigit", "head of the family", "father", "aksakal", the cognitive model and assessment system of the Kazakh people in relation to a man was determined. In addition, cognitive models of positive and negative traits inherent in a man were differentiated and their function in the expression of the national cultural code was shown. As a result of the study, it was proved that proverbs are an important linguistic unit that forms gender stereotypes and reflects the National worldview. The concept of" man " was characterized as an important conceptual structure that reflects the spiritual values, moral principles and social attitudes of the Kazakh people. Gender linguistics in the anthropocentric paradigm needs to be considered in close connection with gender roles in society, national and cultural characteristics, customs, traditions, beliefs of the people. In the CIS countries, gender groups and concepts began to appear in the 1990s. In Russia, M. Harutyunyan, T. Rurko, A. Kletsin, O. Voronina, T. Klimenkova, V. Bodrova, etc.
