The article considers the importance and role of pedagogical support in the development
of creative activity of young people in theatrical activities. In our analysis, we emphasized that active
participation of young people in the theater contributes not only to their personal, but also to their social
development. Pedagogical support, which includes mentoring, organization of master classes and creative
laboratories, has played and plays a key role in the formation of confidence and self-expression of young
people. The authors analyzed various approaches to pedagogical support, while highlighting the importance
of an individual approach to each participant. Examples of successful theater projects that were
implemented with the help of pedagogical support are given, which in turn illustrates the positive impact of
such initiatives on the creative activity and professional skills of young people. The article is intended to
draw attention to the need to create a favorable educational environment that promotes the development of
theatrical art and creativity among young people.
