DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF SEMI-FINISHED MEAT PRODUCTS FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN, ENRICHED WITH WALNUTS AND PUMPKIN SEEDS IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

This work addresses the development of the technology for meat semi-products enriched with walnuts and pumpkin seeds for school-aged children in Kazakhstan. The proposed products aim to meet the nutritional needs of children and have high nutritional value by incorporating new methods in their production.
