In the modern era, digital transformation has become one of the key factors driving global economic development. It brings fundamental changes to the structural and functional activities of organizations, enhancing their efficiency through the integration of new technologies into business models. The concept of digital transformation is not limited to the implementation of information and communication technologies; it also encompasses the revision of business strategic objectives, the formation of an innovative culture, and the optimization of management processes within organizations.
In the practice of Kazakhstani enterprises, the successful implementation of digital transformation largely depends on the quality of strategic management, the level of innovative culture, and the development of human resources potential. To remain competitive in the digital environment, organizations must focus on enhancing employees’ digital competencies, improving change management mechanisms, and developing strategies for the implementation of new technologies. Research findings indicate that the effectiveness of digital transformation is determined not only by the development of technological infrastructure but also by the transformation of organizational culture, the adoption of flexible management approaches, and the cultivation of innovative thinking. Thus, digital transformation is becoming an integral part of the modern business ecosystem and is regarded as a strategic direction that contributes to the sustainable growth of the national economy and its integration into the global space.
