Abstract

The research aims to determine pedagogical conditions for developing creative
competence among students of Kyrgyz pedagogical universities in digital and blended learning
environments, and implement them in the educational process. In practical application and teaching of
creative competence formation in digital environment, distinctive features of digital learning compared to
traditional methods, its core components (LMS platforms, gamification, blended learning), comparison
with current labor market requirements for creative professionals, visual perception of digital technologies
and formation of digital-creative culture by students, also sets didactic and technical ways for detailed
visual and thorough perception. Providing data on leading areas of scientific research by psychologists,
educators, digital didactics specialists on this issue, some can be identified forming general pedagogical
consciousness view and became basis for materials and methods in this study. It should be considered that
today, in university student's digital-creative education, knowledge layer about creative competence
formation history in digital environment, blended learning specifics and its significance in modern society,
higher education development as stable institution with unique innovative values. Educational methods in
teaching – from traditional classes with material presentation to interactive methods enable use of
interactive learning technologies; problem-search method; comparative analysis; case-study; discussions;
interdisciplinary connections consideration; psycho-pedagogical, competency-based, digital approaches.
Defining pedagogical conditions overall provides complex of measures for holistic topic understanding and
influences objective pedagogical self-awareness formation, solving Kyrgyzstan education digitalization
issues.
