The paper examines the impact of changes in the population structure and labor
migration on effective human resource management processes. The population structure, demographic
dynamics, and the importance of labor migration flows for enterprises and the state economy are analyzed.
The study developed methods and approaches to optimize human resource management strategies. The
study used statistical analysis, modeling, and empirical methods to assess demographic indicators and
migration processes from an economic and social point of view. The results show that changes in the
population structure and migration flows have a significant impact on labor supply and demand. These
factors also force the human resource management system to adapt to new conditions. Based on the results
of the scientific work, proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of human
resource management, taking into account population migration and changes in its structure.
